Here's How

1. Call us directly at 888-649-0889.
   We will calculate the total to your door delivery costs, duties included.
2. When you contact us, please have the following information available:
   items in shopping cart and/or quote number, as well as the Province code to calculate your shipping. Within 24 hours we will get back to you with a total price.
3. Orders are limited to a minimum size of $50.00.
4. No general returns on products less than $50.00 will be allowed.

Canada Standard (U.S. equivalent, Ground) Shipping is the service we’re now proud to offer. Please note, we will need to speak with you directly when you want to place your order. You can call us at 888-649-0889 and we’ll be more than happy to assist you. We’ll calculate the total landed, to-your-door delivery costs so you won’t incur additional charges upon receipt of your items. When you call, we’ll need a few things from you such as the items in your saved shopping cart and/or your quote number, your name, and the Province code to calculate your quote effectively. Within 24 hours, we’ll respond with a total price for shipping. Please note, however, White Glove Delivery Service is unavailable for deliveries in Canada.

We ship to most places in Canada, but please be aware that this service requires additional time in-transit for completed deliveries. This is due to factors such as your specific location and Customs approval of your shipment as it arrives at the border. You can estimate the number of days to receive your order by simply adding 10 days to the range of days the item says is required to complete U.S. domestic deliveries. Please be advised that some factors may delay delivery and are out of our control and our carrier’s control such as limited supplies in our warehouse(s) or inclement weather along the shipping route. Rest assured, though, we will do whatever it takes to get your shipment to you as securely and efficiently as possible. For special orders, please allow an additional 18-21 business days for delivery.

Standard Freight Delivery:
Larger, heavier items, items of a fragile nature, or items containing regulated materials, will be delivered by a freight carrier. Standard freight service includes delivery of your order curbside only.  As stated previously, White Glove Delivery service is not available. Standard freight delivery to Canada is similar to Small Pack Delivery in that it requires an additional 10 business days from the range of days the product says it requires to complete delivery. And, for special orders please allow an additional 18-21 business days for delivery.

Cancellations:
Orders are usually shipped from our warehouses within 1 business day. We can process a cancel-request, free of charge, for your order provided the order hasn’t left our warehouse. If the order has left the warehouse, we can process an intercept-request for your order; however, an intercept fee of $10 plus additional restocking fees may apply.
